I've been meaning to post a page from my Moleskine for a while now. The trouble is, with it being a personal journal, most double page spreads contain at least something I'd rather not publish! This one from about six weeks ago is pretty general though, and contains a few doodles as well, which makes it a bit more interesting.

Neal, what is it about Moleskine,
I know someone who is crazy about her's, can you enlighten me on this
jel :-D
Jel, for me it's the quality, which is very very high. They're so expensive that I can't bring myself to use one for, say, check lists or shopping lists or that sort of thing, but for something "important" like a journal, they're worth every penny. There's also a certain nostalgia factor, I think. They remind you of all those old jotters and autograph books left behind by grandparents that you see in museums.
I don't buy the Hemingway/Chatwin marketing personally. I just like the product for what it is.
I just like them and don't feel the need to justify my liking them!
Leo, you still around, just how old are you now? :-D
Just liking them and not needing to justify it is fine too! :-)
Anonymous, I have been bunking with the Count of St-Germain and am holding up quite well. Thanks for the inquiry!
